How do credits work?

Each record returned by the API costs one credit. Person and company credits are priced separately and deducted as records are delivered. Flat rate — no volume tier complexity. Self-serve credits cover the enrichment endpoints only; Search and Discover (natural-language search) are enterprise-only.

Is there a minimum purchase?

The minimum purchase is 200 credits. There are no monthly commitments or subscriptions.

Can I try the API before buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can start with a free trial on enrichment endpoints without entering a credit card. The trial includes base-tier fields with PII (emails, phones, precise location) redacted so you can evaluate data quality and build integrations before purchasing — adding a verified payment method removes the redaction for the remainder of the trial. Search and Discover endpoints are enterprise-only.

What are base vs premium fields?

Base fields include core identity, contact information (work email, phones), current employment, location, education, and experience. Premium fields add derived insights like seniority level, job function, decision-maker flags, confidence scores, validation status, and raw data variants. Self-serve API access includes base fields once you verify a payment method. Premium fields are available on enterprise plans. Trial accounts without a verified card receive base fields with PII (emails, phones, precise location) redacted.

Do credits expire?

Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Self-serve accounts have a $10,000 annual spend cap per product. Contact sales for higher volume.

What about enterprise or license pricing?

Enterprise plans offer volume pricing below the flat self-serve rate, premium fields (contact info, demographics, derived insights), higher rate limits, dedicated support, custom SLAs, and search/discovery endpoints.
