Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of Data Legion Inc., you agree to:

• Comply with Laws: Use data in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including CCPA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and other privacy laws
• Honor Opt-Outs: Promptly honor any opt-out or unsubscribe requests from individuals you contact
• Maintain Security: Implement appropriate security measures to protect the data from unauthorized access or disclosure
• Limit Access: Restrict data access to authorized personnel within your organization
• Update Records: Maintain accurate records and update your data regularly with our refresh files
• Suppression Lists: Maintain and respect internal suppression lists and do-not-contact requests
• Report Violations: Notify us promptly of any suspected data breach or misuse

Email and Phone Outreach Guidelines

When using our data for outreach, you must:

• Include clear identification of your company in all communications
• Provide a valid physical mailing address in email communications
• Include a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism
• Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days
• Comply with TCPA regulations for phone and SMS outreach

Enforcement

Data Legion Inc. reserves the right to:

• Investigate suspected violations of this Policy
• Suspend or terminate data access for Policy violations
• Require customers to delete data upon termination
• Cooperate with law enforcement when required by law
• Seek legal remedies for violations that cause harm
