Self-serve accounts buy credits on the Billing page; only admins see it. Enterprise and license accounts are billed under their contracts instead.

Your status

Each data type (person and company) shows where it stands: Trial (Limited Data), Trial (Full Access), Active (purchased credits), Expired or No contract.

Get full trial data

A person trial withholds contact data until you verify a card. Select Unlock Full Data (for company data, Unlock Premium Fields) to verify one in Stripe’s Checkout; nothing is charged. Your trials then return premium fields, and person data includes contact data, for the rest of the trial.

Buy credits

  1. For each data type, choose a product. Each one says what it returns, with See Fields for the full list, and Compare Products and Fields opens Self-Serve Products, which links to every field.
  2. Enter how many credits you want, or pick a preset.
  3. Pay in Stripe’s Checkout. The credits are added as soon as the payment completes.
One credit is one record returned; a lookup with no match is free. See Self-Serve Products for the products and prices.

Switch products

Your account holds one product per data type. Buying a different one moves your unused credits over by value, at the two products’ prices, and they keep their expiration date. The page shows how many credits you’d get before you buy, and the purchase history records the switch. File enrichment purchases are paid per file, not with credits: see File Enrichment.
