> Professional certifications added to person records, plus continued address validation rollout.

### Professional Certifications

Person records now include a `certifications` array capturing professional certifications, licenses, and credentials. Each entry follows the same `{cleaned, raw[]}` struct pattern used by skills, languages, education, and experience.

Each certification has:

* **`name`** — Certification name (e.g., `"project management professional"`, `"aws certified solutions architect"`) with cleaned and raw forms.
* **`institution`** — Issuing organization (e.g., `"project management institute"`, `"amazon web services"`) with cleaned and raw forms.
* **`credential_id`** — Credential ID issued by the institution, when available.
* **`issue_date`** — Date the certification was issued (precision preserved — year, year-month, or full date).
* **`expiration_date`** — Date the certification expires, when applicable.

Coverage at launch: 13.1 million people (\~7% of the dataset) with an average of 2.5 certifications per record. Coverage will grow as more sources are integrated.

All certification sub-fields are premium-tier.

## Bug Fixes

### Address Validation

* USPS CASS and NCOA processing continues rolling out across the dataset. More addresses validated to delivery point with ZIP+4, more forwarding moves applied. Coverage will keep expanding in upcoming builds.
