# Team Members and Roles

> Invite people to your Data Legion account, choose each member's role (admin, developer or viewer), and add notification-only contacts.

Admins manage who has access on the **Team Members** page; everyone can see the list.

## Invite a member

Select **Invite Member**, enter their email address and choose a role. They get an invitation to sign in. An admin can resend or revoke an invitation that hasn't been accepted.

## Roles

* **Admin**: everything, including billing, buying a file's records, members and the audit log.
* **Developer**: API keys, the Playground and file enrichment (running files, not buying them), plus everything a viewer sees.
* **Viewer**: usage, data reports, feature requests and, for data license accounts, deliveries.

The [Dashboard Overview](https://www.datalegion.ai/docs/dashboard/overview.md#roles) has the full table. To change a role, edit the member. Removing a member ends their access to the dashboard at once.

## Notification-only contacts

An admin can add a contact who receives account emails (such as usage alerts) but never gets a sign-in invitation. Use it for a billing inbox or a shared operations address.
